When do I receive my order?
Ordered before 15:00 = shipped the same day!
You can choose for various reasons to return your order or part of your order. Please note; There is a separate procedure for every reason for return. So read this page carefully to avoid misunderstandings and delays.
For all procedures it is important (if applicable) to return the product in its original packaging, sufficiently stamped and with the invoice enclosed. Keep your invoice. This facilitates the handling of the application. Please fill in the return form below.
Who pays for the shipping costs for returns?
If your product is defective immediately upon delivery, you must return the product as described above. We will refund the costs you incur for this to your account. If you return a product due to cancellation or exchange, the shipping costs will be for your own account. If you send a defective used product for repair, the shipping costs are also for your own account.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or want to cancel it for another reason, you can of course cancel or exchange the purchase. It is important that the product is complete and is returned undamaged according to the above return procedure. Products that are damaged or show signs of use are not eligible for exchange or refund. If you want to exchange a product, you return the wrong product and place a new order via the webshop.
Order has arrived damaged (transport damage)
When you receive an order that is (seriously) damaged, you must notify us by e-mail. Include the order number and the article code in your message.
Delivery does not match what has been ordered
If the delivery does not correspond to what you have ordered, we ask you to report this as soon as possible. Return the product according to the above procedure. We reimburse the shipping costs.
